The lonely occurrence is termed as Depression. The suffered person can be in a party with full enjoyment but still he or she feels lonely. So this is kind of a decease where the patient is living with no hope, no happiness etc. It is very important to cure the patient. It depends on the fact that how acute the problem is which means the level of depression. These are the ways to cure depression.
· Medication: This is achieved by antidepressants. The antidepressants work by altering in the brain the chemical activities. Depending on the type of the depression medication is used which is usually a short term act. Most of the times it is not used for long term. This is majorly prescribed by the psychiatrist.
· Exercise: Regular exercise along with the medication is very helpful in controlling depression. Exercise soothes the mind and the patient gets good nice sleep and the recovery is faster. Slow Dancing, meditation, yoga etc are the most famous ways of exercises. Exercise can be sometime as good as the medication itself. It helps the suffered person to maintain good health and weight can also be controlled.

· Food: Food also is having a great role in recovering from depression. Low fat foods are used for this purpose. Soya food, banana and turkeys are good to take. Food having good amount of nutritions is really a great thing to consume. In depression most of the person either eat very less or eat too much which effect the digestive system as well. So it is also good to take a balanced diet and a healthy diet. Fresh fruits and vegetables are good to consume. Corns, fish, tuna etc are also good for depression control. Smoking, consuming alcohol, sugar, drugs etc should be avoided.
· Few other Tips: Try to find the problem and try to fix the problem with patience and cool mind. Take help of someone close to your heart who understands you well and can listen to you calmly and can suggest ideas to resolve the problem. Sharing the problem itself reduces the depression to some extent and fresh ideas can cure the depression to a great extent. Don’t get cut of from family and friends. Pass good amount of time with your close ones and try to involve yourself with the activities they are performing. Fun is the most important factor which one misses when he or she is in depression. If fun and enjoyment can be brought back in life much of the depression will just flew by. It can be done by performing the activities which gives happiness to the individual in the older days. It can be dancing, playing, roaming different places, watching movies, listening to songs etc. Try to perform the activities and you can take help of your family or friend. Try to get the laughter back in your life. It can be watching comedy movies, comedy serials, reading jokes and telling jokes to others and listening from them. Thinking is blocked while on is in depression. Think about good things and perform works which are good in nature like helping others. It gives peace of mind and help cure depression.
