4. Good Sleep: Calm and quiet mind and a exhausted and tired body are the prerequisites for a good and nice sleep. The sleep routine should be changed and set in order to get good and nice night sleep. It’s best to sleep in total dark and it’s also good to go to bed and at the same time daily. It’s good to read or take a warm bath before sleeping. Working late or performing other activities which are stressful should be avoided.
5. Socialize: Try to stay with your friends and family as much as possible. Just try to chill out and have fun with them. Go for personal meetings rather than on phone or internet. Take them out for a walk or movie or get a cup of coffee and this way the tendency to stay lonely will die away slowly.
