Refund Policy

Herbal-supplements-for-you.com strives to maintain high levels of customer’s satisfaction. We want that our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase of any Herbal supplements product, We guarantee the quality of products- sold online and their safe delivery. however, For settling genuine complaints,  our standard refund policy is as under :-

1. Products sold online cannot be returned.
2. If a product gets damaged in transit, we will replace the product with a fresh piece. The customer will not be charged for the replacement of items.
3. No refund will be made for any item sold online.
4. No comparative claims will be accepted on any of the item once the same have been paid for, are in transit or have been delivered.
5. We can accept returns only for incorrectly filled items, wrong items and  damage items. Return within 30 days from the date of receipt of order. The wrapping or seal on the product must be in place, it cannot be opened or used. You must promptly email us on info@herbal-supplements-for-you.com and return the producs. After receiving the item(s) we will refund your money in your credit card account.
6. Once a product is opened, it becomes the user’s property and no refund claims will be entertained.

Out of stock items

Rarely we run short of an item. We will confirm you on your email, if an item is not available at the time you place your order. If you request, we will cancel that item and give you a prompt refund on your credit card, or on your next order, as you like. If we expect to be out of stock longer than 1 week we will request you to re-order that item at a later date.

Information about dispatch of order.

The products are dispatched immediately after the receipt of order. Non availability of required items may cause a delay of about a week. In this case, the customer will be duly notified. The orders are sent through EMS / Registered Airmail for overseas orders. EMS will reach the destination within 10 to 15 days and Registered Airmail  will reach the destination within 15 to 20 days .The customers are requested  to wait for at least 25 days from the date of dispatch of order. In any incident we would not displease our customers.
